With Max and Daniel both graduated already, we decided to have a celebratory pizza lunch. Pizza is tricky in our family since so many of us don’t eat wheat flour, and many don’t eat any grains at all. Luckily, Maya had a great keto pizza recipe up her sleeve.
Maya has made this pizza a couple of times before, and I haven’t been able to have any because the crust itself contains cream cheese and mozzarella. But this time, since I just discovered that I can eat halloumi, Maya made me a halloumi crust that completely hit the spot. It’s been a while since I had my absolute favorite: tomato, olives and sausage!
