School is done! All three of my older kids have completed their schoolwork for the year. Most years, this doesn’t happen until the deadline of June 15, and even then, they usually have a class or two to complete over the summer. Early in my homeschooling journey I decided that we would always prioritize people over academics. Well, actually, we mostly unschooled until Max hit high school age and Maya decided she wanted to do academic courses. But since we started that, we still prioritize social activities. But because of Covid-19, we have had little else to do, so they just got it done. And now, they are free for whatever comes next.
Whenever next comes… We have no idea when that will be. Could be a couple of weeks, could be months. But we will take it one day at a time and at least they’re all on vacation now.
